Grafflin Construction was incorporated in 2006 by officers with over 40 years of general contracting experience, including 20 years specializing in the Southern California financial sector.
In the years since 2006, we have built on that wealth of experience and expanded our team, services and qualifications.
We now have a collective 200+ years of experience in the construction, remodel, installation and maintenance of retail spaces, administrative offices and corporate branding.

For the past 30 years Dave has specialized in banking projects for Wells Fargo, Bank of America, First Interstate, Security Pacific, et al. His track record reflects only successful project completions, on time and budget. Dave currently supports the project management team and advises on all bidding and procurement.

Jessie is an accomplished LEED AP and project administrator. She has a proven ability to coordinate successful construction teams, confidently integrating with architects, subcontractors, building management and owners. She oversees all project and business management and provides project administration for all large scale contracts.
